To make advertising most effective advertisers need to know a few basic things such as your interests and demographics. This information does not identify you specifically, but is put into a pool so that statistics can be created about the demographics of the site. This is done to keep most of the services free of charge to you the user.

To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages. As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address, and click stream information. MacVillage.net makes every effort to ensure that they take the same steps to protect your privacy.

Ownership

MacVillage.net is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. MacVillage.net collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
